Liam Dougan
Liam has been working in technology since 2011, beginning his career on the Service Desk and steadily progressing through roles in Service Delivery, Systems Administration, and Business Analysis. For more than a decade, he’s helped organisations of all sizes from global enterprises to local SMBs build, connect, and optimise their digital systems & processes.What began as a fascination of fixing problems evolved into a passion for designing systems that solve them. Today, through Acceladus, Liam helps small and medium-sized businesses simplify and streamline how they work.Liam’s approach combines technical expertise with an understanding of how people actually use technology day to day.
Andrew Johnson
Andrew has been working in the technology industry since 2009. Starting out as an IT Technician, he worked in IT Support until 2014 before becoming CCNA certified and specialising in Networks and Telecoms.He's held several different technical roles working for an independent Scottish ISP before moving in to sales.Just before COVID hit, Andrew stepped back in to a Channel role supporting Channel Partners across the UK and in 2022 moved back in to direct sales.His wide and varied background has given Andrew the platform to be able to connect with clients and understand their perspective. This client-led approach has been a key differentiator for Andrew and is key to the Acceladus process.
